At BIC headquarters in Clichy, something simple and important happened: ten young women stepped into a world that often feels out of reach.
Through its partnership with Rêv’Elles, the BIC Corporate Foundation hosted a full day of exchanges, discovery, and real conversations – part of the “Rêv’Elles Ton Potentiel” program.

Seeing new paths
Throughout the day, participants met people behind the roles:

•    Talent Acquisition
•    Logistics
•    Anti-counterfeiting
•    and more.
They asked questions, explored paths, and started to project themselves… Supported by 14 BIC volunteers, the experience was built on dialogue, open and honest.

More than a visit
Since 2020, the partnership between BIC and Rêv’Elles has helped empower more than 870 young women across France. The objective stays the same: expand horizons, build confidence, and make the professional world tangible.
Opening the door matters. For one day, BIC became more than a workplace, it became a first contact and a new perspective.
