Clichy, France – September 9, 2025 – BIC is proud to sign the Cancer@Work Charter for all its French entities reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to building an inclusive and supportive workplace for team members impacted by cancer or chronic illness.
By joining the Cancer@Work network, we will gain additional resources to better assist our teams, including training sessions, innovative ideas, and support groups.
“This charter reflects the values we hold at BIC, making sure that every team member feels supported, especially during the most difficult times in their lives. By signing the Cancer@Work Charter, we are reaffirming our belief that compassion, flexibility and inclusion must be at the heart of how we care for one another at work. We are committed to walking this path together, with empathy and purpose." - Alexandra Malak, Chief People and Workplace Officer
This initiative is one of the many ways we show attentiveness to each other at work, and it marks the beginning of our journey toward stronger health and inclusion programs as OneBIC. We’re proud to be part of this effort and will continue sharing how we’re promoting wellbeing for all team members.
