THE CHALLENGE
Despite huge potential, young women lack critical support to reach the boardroom. Only 5% of F500 CEOs are women, 2% of venture funding goes to women and 6 out of 10 working women don’t see selves as leaders.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The objective of the project is to equip girls with the knowledge, confidence and skills to be tomorrow's business leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs. Online business academy sessions are delivered to girls from low income communities, ages 12-18, with guidance of professional instructors.
Through the sessions the girls will learn to launch ventures addressing market needs, build their networks, impact their college, career success, become tomorrow’s CEOs and drive confidence, tech, financial, social skills.
