Rêv'Elles: Covid Collective
THE CHALLENGE
The COVID-19 pandemic intensified existing inequalities for many young women from underprivileged neighborhoods. Digital exclusion limited their access to education, employment opportunities, and essential online resources, while lockdown measures also had a significant impact on their mental well-being, increasing stress, isolation, and uncertainty. There was an urgent need to provide both digital tools and personalized support to help them continue their education, build confidence, and prepare for their future.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Covid Rêv'Elles Collective was created to support young women facing the social and educational consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. The project provided computers and internet access to participants experiencing digital exclusion, ensuring they could continue their studies and stay connected during lockdown. At the same time, individual coaching sessions offered tailored support to help young women strengthen their self-confidence, manage stress, make informed educational and career choices, and access internships, work experience, or summer jobs. By addressing both digital inclusion and emotional well-being, the project helped participants overcome the immediate challenges of the pandemic while equipping them with the skills and confidence to move forward.

Inspire, motivate and accompany girls and young women from underserved areas in their professional and personal projects and growth, allow them to become actresses of the society in which they evolve.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Since 2013, the Rêv'Elles association has been inspiring, motivating, and supporting young women from underprivileged neighborhoods in their personal and professional development.
The various programs help girls aged 14 to 25 build self-confidence, develop their career plans, and empower themselves within a community of women committed to the values of sisterhood and kindness.
Present in Île-de-France and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the association has raised awareness and supported over 5,000 young women over the past 10 years, contributing to the long-term economic and social empowerment of young women from disadvantaged neighborhoods.
The RVL Ta Parole Project: RVL Ta Parole allows alumnae to participate in workshops to enhance their public speaking and eloquence skills, giving them a platform to make their voices heard, particularly through the Rêv'Cast podcast!
