THE CHALLENGE
Conflicts, epidemics and natural disasters prevent form access to basic needs for local populations: water, food and shelter.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Different projects are led every year to implement education programs to teach families about efficient water consumption and hygienic stockage practices, in order to avoid contamination of the water sources. 2017, Rohingya Crisis: the distribution of hygiene and dignity kits and the set-up of training courses on good hygiene practices.
2018, Cyclone Idai in Mozambique: distribution of hygiene and shelter kits, drinking water treatment and distribution and energy supply and small rehabilitation of mini drinking water network
2019, Conflicts in Raja county, South Sudan: access to safe water, access to safe and dignified sanitation infrastructures, pilot sanitation activities.
