Rêv'elles: Reveal Your Potential and Alumni Community

THE CHALLENGE

Inspire, motivate and accompany girls and young women from underserved areas in their professional and personal projects and growth, allow them to become actresses of the society in which they evolve. 

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project offers a 5-month program for young women to expand their professional horizons and build up their self-confidence. They participate in a one-week program to truly know themselves and think about their goals through: individual coaching and group workshops, company visit, testimonials from professional role models. During the rest of the program, participants attend individual and group coaching sessions and participate to visits of companies, discover the science and digital professions through the “RVL Tech” program and attend networking events organized by the NGO. 

The Project “Covid Rêv'Elles collective” aims to support young women victim of digital exclusion and experiencing psychological difficulties due to lockdown.
They received 25 computers and 200 hours of individual coaching sessions be provided between end of May and September 2020 addressing the following themes:

• Power to act: supporting young women facing difficulties when making a choice or who are at risk of school dropout
• Choice of possibilities: boosting young women looking for internships/work experience/summer jobs
• Self-confidence: stress management for young women taking exams and help to manage emotions
