Môm’Artre: Môm’Impact

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
NGO Name: Môm’Artre  -  France

THE CHALLENGE

Childcare solutions are expensive and inadequate, leaving single-parents and low-income families at a disadvantage. Furthermore, they often follow a traditional approach that doesn’t support soft skills and creative development and therefore doesn’t develop a child to their fullest potential.

Another example is Spain, where young adults with incomplete secondary education make up the majority of the unemployed population under 30. Lack of education and pre-professional hands-on experience are leading causes of unemployment.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project aims to create and offer workshops focused on artistic practices such as clay modeling, musical awakening, scenography development, and improvisation theater, to develop creative skills in children 6-11 years old. The NGO plans to carry out an annual impact assessment to evaluate the impact of these workshops on the children’s creative skills.

In their own words

We received several pieces of feedback stating that the children were happy to participate in this workshop. Some children even enrolled (in Môm’artre) just to take part in this workshop.
